Annapolis Preserve is a premiere residential community in Crownsville Maryland located five miles west of central Annapolis, the Maryland state capitol.

Founded in 1995, Annapolis Preserve is a picturesque community comprised of 83 single family homes sited on over 400 acres of heavily treed community property adjacent to the Ravens Ridge state conservation area and South River estuary.

Each residence is situated on one to two acre wooded lots.  Located in Anne Arundel County astride an Anne Arundel county scenic by-way, the neighborhood is surrounded by rolling hills, horse country and is near the blue waters of the Chesapeake  Bay.  Our community is a Chesapeake Bay protected area and wildlife preserve.

Crownsville is in central Maryland, twenty miles southeast of Baltimore, twenty-five miles east of Washington, DC..  Our community is an easy commute to major employment areas including Ft. Meade, NSA, Goddard Space Center and state and federal offices.
